Most of us finds it difficult to fix some issues on our blackberry, like white screen with errors or reloading Os.
Sometimes you want to reset your device to factory and it goes white without displaying anything.
Even though you remove the battery and insert several times, it continued showing white screen.

First thing first, make sure you install Blackberry Desktop Manager.
Download and install the particular phone's Os you're dealing it, after installation, go to Computer-C:drive that is your local drive-Program files-Common file-research in motion-Apploader folder and delete vendor.xml file.

Extract it and run the program, remove the battery of your device. For problem with factory reset white screen, just wipe Os and partition, for problem with errors just factory reset. Plug your phone and it will start to wipe. After a successful wipe, the tab will close automatically.
After this steps, Run your backberry desktop manager without internet connection, with the battery removed, plug in your phone and repair Os from your Desktop Manager, follow the steps that would pop out.
When you see waiting for device, insert your battery and it will reload your Os.
