I tried to subscribe to one of the Etisalat social pack plan this morning
using the old USSD code and to my surprise I got error reply. from
Etisalat. So I decided to go via the step by step USSD format by dialing
*200# and I discovered that Etisalat have made some minor change's in
the arrangement of their subscription plans and renamed some of their
data plans also.
As we all know that the Etisalat Social Pack is subdivided into 3 plans namely
• Chat pack
• Social pack which is now known as Social Media Only
• 2hrs Video Streaming.
But we are only interested in the first 2 plans .
Etisalat Old Smart pak Subscription codes
• For Chat pack dial *200*3*3*1*1*1# for Daily Chat pack plan or dial *200*3*3*1*2*1# for weekly Chat pack plan which cost just #50 and #100 respectively
• For Social pack dial *200*3*3*2*1*1# for dally plan and *200*3*3*2*2*1# for weekly plan which cost #100 and #300 respectively.
If you are still Dialing the above USSD code to try to subscribe for any of the Smart pack plan it will not work ,you will keep getting error reply.
Etisalat NEW Smart pack Subscription codes
• Chat Pack dial *200*3*4*1*1*1# for Daily Chat pack plan or *200*3*4*1*2*1# for weekly chat pack winch cost #50 and #150 respectively
• Social Media Only dial *200*3*4*2*1*1# for daily social media only or *200*3*4*2*2*1# for weekly social media only and cost #100 and #300 respectively.
Nothing like Social Pack on the etisalat data plans anymore it is now known as social media only and their is a form of re arrangement in their data plans subscription so if you use the old USSD codes it might not work for you.
